Meet Our Mascots — Little Friends, Big Smiles

Four lovable characters. One unforgettable stay.

At Jaqanaz Resort we don’t just offer rooms — we create memories. Our mascots are part of that promise: silly hugs, genuine laughter, and tiny moments that become stories you tell again and again.

Why Mascots? Because Moments Matter

A child’s gasp at a surprise hug. A family selfie that ends up on the mantel at home. The nervous guest who relaxes after a soft joke from a friendly giant bear. That’s what mascots do — they turn ordinary stays into warm, human moments.

They’re not just costumes. They’re smiling ambassadors: meeting kids, cheering up long conference days, adding sparkle to parties, and helping make your time with us feel less like a stay and more like a story.

Our Characters — Meet the Crew

Labubu — The Curious One

Little wonder. Big ideas.

Labubu is the kind of friend who pokes a stick into every puddle just to see what happens — and then invites everyone to play.

She’s perfect for creative mornings: craft corners, silly TikTok dances, and surprise pop-up activities that get kids thinking (and parents smiling).

Best for: Kids’ workshops, social activations, playful photo moments.

Yellow Bunny — Sunshine in a Costume

Bright, warm, and impossibly cheerful.

Yellow Bunny arrives like morning light — hugs, giggles, and a pocket full of good vibes.

She’s our breakfast buddy and pool-party cheerleader, the one who makes shy kids come alive. If you want energy and smiles, call Yellow Bunny.

Best for: Family breakfasts, pool games, morning kids’ clubs.

Bear — The Calm Big Brother

Slow laughs. Big heart.

Bear is those deep, peaceful breaths you take looking at the mountains. He’s calm, gentle, and great at easing an anxious child (or grown-up) into relaxation.

Perfect for cuddle-time story hours and spa-adjacent chillouts.

Best for: Evening story sessions, wellness corners, relaxed photo ops.

Father Christmas

The Everyday Celebrator

Not only December: a reason to celebrate any day.
Father Christmas is the sparkle at the heart of every celebration — birthdays, anniversaries, or surprise upgrade moments.

He brings small gifts, bigger smiles, and a little bit of magic — whether it’s raining or sunny.

Best for: Parties, surprise moments, themed events.

How We Use Them — Experiences That Stick

We’ve built simple, flexible packages so mascots work for everyone — families on holiday, couples celebrating, and companies hosting events.

Meet & Greet (Quick Joy): A 20-minute pop-in, photo time, and a little keepsake for kids. Great for short stays or surprise moments.

Themed Session (Family Favourite): 45–60 minutes of games, songs, and a small craft — led by a mascot and a helper. Think laughter, messy hands, and tired, happy parents.

Event Activation (Big Impact): Full-day or multiple appearance options for conferences, weddings, and large gatherings. Mascots can be briefed to support event themes or act as playful MCs.

We tailor each booking to the guest count and the vibe you want. Quiet and gentle, loud and silly, or somewhere in between — we’ll make it fit.

Souvenirs and Little Things to Take Home

Guests love taking the feeling of Jaqanaz home. We offer soft plush toys, enamel pins, seasonal bundles, and character tees. They’re perfect little reminders that say, “Remember that time…?”

Merch is available at reception and can be included in packages as part of a surprise gift box.

Safety and Warm, Professional Care

Our performers are trained hospitality staff. They’re briefed on child-safety, gentle interaction, and how to represent our brand with warmth and respect. We make sure every appearance is fun — and always safe.
