These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Jaqanaz Resort website and your stay/booking at the resort. By using our site or booking with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Booking and Reservation

All bookings are subject to availability. A valid payment method is required to secure a reservation. The rates may change without notice; quoted rates are valid at time of booking.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

7. Health, Safety & Conduct

Guest must comply with the resort’s health & safety policies (e.g. pool rules). Resort may refuse service or evict guests for misconduct.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (text, graphics, images) is owned by or licensed to Jaqanaz Resort. You may not use or reproduce content without permission.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on our website.
